The NAPA Roadside Assistance Program is offered on a complimentary basis. The resale or transfer of these benefits is prohibited.
Roadside Assistance Program
Tow
Towing of your vehicle to the nearest service facility.
Jump Start
Jump start a dead or weakened battery in your vehicle.

Customers must have their membership number when calling for service.

Service is valid only on the registered vehicle.

Service is valid for five (5) years beginning three (3) business days from registration after installation of a NAPA starter, alternator, or brake caliper on the customer’s vehicle.

$60 maximum coverage/reimbursement per service. The first service is performed on a sign-and-drive basis with a maximum benefit of $60. Any amounts over the $60 maximum on the 1st service are payable to the service provider at the time of service. The remaining services will be provided on a reimbursement basis. The customer must pay the service provider and submit for reimbursement per the instructions below.
Reimbursement
Customers will receive an authorization number to submit along with the reimbursement. They will be reimbursed up to the $60 program maximum. Customers must call the toll-free dispatch service and have the service dispatched to their location to be eligible for reimbursement. In the event roadside assistance cannot be provided by the toll-free dispatch service, customers will receive an authorization number to seek services on their own. They will be reimbursed up to the $60 program maximum.

Reimbursement requests must include copy of roadside information (with membership number), authorization number (received from dispatch agent), original bill from service provider and proof of payment.

Roadside Assistance Service Exclusions

Service if the customer is not with the disabled vehicles.

Transportation for the customer to the vehicle for service or from the vehicle to another destination after service has been rendered.

Service will not be rendered in areas not regularly traveled such as vacant lots, beaches, open fields, or other places which would be hazardous for service vehicles to reach.

Towing of a vehicle off a boat dock or marina.

Vehicle storage charges.

Cost of parts, installation, products, materials, impounding and additional labor relating to towing.

Service of any kind on vehicles used for commercial purposes or using dealer tags.

Service for taxicabs, tractors, boats, trailers, dune buggies, and vehicles used for competition.

Service for unlicensed vehicles

Service for vehicles with expired safety inspection stickers, license plate stickers, and/or emission sticker(s) where required by law.

Service for vehicles illegally parked or impounded.

Repeated service calls for a car in need of routine maintenance.

Service when a vehicle is snowbound. We do not hoist, winch, or shovel vehicles from unplowed roads, snow banks, snowbound driveways, or curbside parking.
